| Charleston, SC – 300 retailers specializing in women’s healthcare attended Focus On The Future April 24 through April 26, 2006. This was the group’s 6th annual educational conference and tradeshow. This was Essentially Women’s highest attended convention to date. The conventions continue to be successful thanks to the members and their desire to grow personally and professionally.
The members enjoyed an exhibit hall with over 70 exhibitors, many networking opportunities and special events. The exhibit hall boasted a delicious buffet lunch where attendees could enjoy a short break before returning to the hustle and bustle of the show. Attendees received excellent education sessions and workshops including clinical topics such as lymphedema care, small business courses, marketing and web ideas, and of course up to the minute updates on the changes taking place in Washington.
The reception tempted everyone’s appetite with a ‘Low Country’ cuisine theme. The local jazz entertainment was so much fun that members hit the dance floor. The reception was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and network. Members completed the event with a third day of classes adding continued education credits to their
certification requirements. All departed with lots of ‘to-do’ lists and profitable business connections.
